BY-XMJA-3 seriesIntelligent traffic batch controllerIt is an instrument that processes, calculates, and displays signals from flow sensors such as orifice plates, vortex streets, and turbines, and combines them with solenoid valves through output contacts to achieve batch control of fluids. By setting batch filling values and advance quantities, combined with the working mode of large and small valves, quantitative control can be achieved. Single swing, pump valve linkage, and manual/automatic modes are convenient for users to flexibly configure, achieving single and batch filling control. The instrument not only has rich functions such as square root, accumulation, and alarm, but also can realize special functions such as button release alarm and sensor disconnection alarm output, fully meeting the needs of different users and occasions.

3、 Panel display instructions:

1. The top 5 digital tubes display the instantaneous flow value or filling times when measuring status, and the parameter code when setting status.

2. The bottom row displays 9 digital tubes. When measuring, the bottom row displays the cumulative amount of a single measurement or the total cumulative amount. When setting the status, the bottom row displays the parameter value.

3. Indicator light description:

SP1 is the node output indicator light (red), which lights up when outputting;

SP2 is the second node output indicator light (green), which lights up when outputting;

SP3 is the third node output indicator light (red), which lights up when outputting;

SP4 is the fourth node output indicator light (green), which lights up when outputting;

Cut is the small signal cut-off indicator light (green), which lights up when the small signal is cut-off;

S/T single and total cumulative display indicator light (green), when the upper row displays the filling times and the lower row displays the total cumulative amount, the indicator light is on; When the upper row displays instantaneous quantity and the lower row displays single cumulative quantity, the indicator light goes out.

Note: The output to the fourth node can be set as either a quantitative filling control contact or an alarm upper/lower limit output node, respectively, set through P1c, P2c, P3c, P4c, as shown in Table 6.

4、 Key definition

SET key: Press this key in the measurement state to enter the setting state; Press in the setting state to confirm the current operation and save the modified parameter values. When there is no need to modify the parameter values, press the setting key to directly enter the next menu. Press the setting key and MAN key simultaneously to exit the setting state.

Shift key? Press this key once in the setting state, and the decimal point will move one place to the right. The flashing decimal point indicates the current setting position; Press this button once while in measurement mode to release the relay alarm output (this function needs to be set).

Start button ▼: Press this button once in the setting state to subtract 1 from the current set digit.
Press the button once while in measurement mode to start filling; In the filling state, pressing this key has no effect; Pressing the start button in the paused state will ignore this filling process, the cumulative number of times will not increase, and the next filling process will be restarted.

Pause key ▲: Press this key once in the setting state, and the current set digit will be incremented by 1.
Press this button once while in the filling state to pause the filling process. Press it again to continue the filling process.

Reset key MAN: Press this key once in the setting state to return to the previous menu, and press it together with the SET key to directly exit the setting state. Short press the button in the measurement state, and the upper row will display the number of filling times, while the lower row will display the total cumulative amount; Press the key again briefly, and the upper row will display the instantaneous quantity, while the lower row will display the cumulative quantity for a single operation; Long press to reset the single press and total cumulative count, cumulative count.

5、 Batch operation mode

5.1 Manual Operation Mode

Each time the quantitative filling is completed, the next filling process needs to be manually restarted;

5.2 Automatic Operation Mode

Except for the second time that requires manual startup, all others start automatically, and the startup interval is controlled by the startup delay (dAt);

5.2.1 Automatic indefinite mode

The number of automatic starts is not controlled by the number setting, and when the cumulative number reaches 65535 times, it will be automatically reset to zero;

5.2.2 Automatic timing mode

Stop filling when the number of automatic starts reaches the set number;

5.3 Control mode of large and small valves

When the single filling amount and advance amount are set, press the start button, and both the large valve and the small valve are simultaneously closed, filling begins. When the filling value reaches the predetermined amount of the large valve (single filling amount advance amount), the large valve closes and the small valve continues to work. When the filling value reaches the predetermined amount of the small valve, the small valve closes. This filling is completed, the number of filling times is increased by 1, and the total filling amount is added up to this filling value.

5.4 Single pendulum control mode

When starting the pendulum mode, the relays corresponding to valve A and valve B must be set first. When the filling amount and advance amount are set, press the start button, valve A will close and filling will begin. When the filling value reaches the predetermined amount of valve A, valve A will close and the filling process will end. When restarted, the B valve closes and filling begins. When the filling value reaches the predetermined amount of the B valve, the B valve closes and the filling process ends. This achieves alternating filling of valves A and B.

5.5 Pump valve linkage control mode

When starting the pump valve linkage, the pump and valve control relays must be set first. When the filling amount and advance amount are set, press the start button, and the pump will first close. After a valve delay (see Table 6 for details), all valves (A and B valves are the same) will close and filling will begin. When the filling is completed (with all valves closed), the pump will automatically shut down after a delay.
